Change in Action

After reading the Learning Activity, “Kotter’s 8 Steps” share two of the stages mentioned in the Kotter’s 8 steps and why they are important to the change process. Next, write about either an organizational or personal change you have successfully or unsuccessfully been a part of. Did the process go through any of Kotter’s 8 steps? What do you think made the change effective or ineffective? Share how learning about these steps will affect your change management skills in future leadership roles. NOTE: I am in the Army if you could tailor it around that would be great.
