- Create a job description that includes the following:

- Job specifications
- Essential job functions (no more than 9)

- What would have been proper record retention in this case?
- Your conclusion on the case study
- Be sure to use APA style with at least two sources cited

- Summary of the article.
- What are the key points of the article?
- How was commitment measured or gained by the team in the article?
- Do you agree with the techniques presented in the article? Why or Why not?
- Include a citation of the article.
