Change Models: (Prochaska and DiClemente’s model of change behavior, Kurt Lewin’s classic theory of change).

two examples of organizational theories of change by examining two behavioral theories that are frequently used to support the process of change. Prochaska and DiClemente’s model of change behavior was developed originally for use with patients to change health behaviors. Specifically, research specific to smokers and therapy informed this theory. Kurt Lewin’s classic theory of change is a three-phase model that views change as a dynamic balance of forces, the driving forces, and the restraining forces.
