There are about a dozen methods to perform job evaluation. Remember that a job evaluation should occur after job analysis from which the job description was written. It is the method used in human resources to determine the value of a job, so that the salary range can be fairly set for hiring the staff. It is NOT performance evaluation of a specific employee in a job.
Select a job evaluation method and explain it in your initial post. Then select a second job evaluation method and, after you explain it, compare it with your initial method and decide which one you would prefer to use.
