The Kent Test, created by Clarkisha Kent, building and expanding on the Bechdel Test.

Here is Kent’s post on Twitter about her test:

The Kent Test is designed to help viewers evaluate whether a media text offers a high-quality or low-quality depiction of a woman of color/femme of color character. It works on a point system. So, watch any TV show (I recommend watching one whole episode of any series, though you can watch more than one episode for this, or apply the test to the entire series), and run the Kent Test on it, and write up the results and any observations/insights the test led you to have in a paper that is minimum 2 pages (double-spaced).
