There are five generic criteria against which answers to all the examination questions will be assessed:

Critically discuss how Performance Management can enhance employee motivation. (750-800 words)

Critically discuss how HR Professional can contribute to the ethical practices of an organisation (750-800 words)

Critically discuss whether effective leadership can enhance employee commitment and motivation.  (750-800 words)

 

ASSESSMENT CRITERIA

1)     Evidence of a sound theoretical/conceptual content [20%].

 

2)     Evidence of a practical/applications content [20%].

 

3) Evidence of integration of the theoretical/conceptual and the practical/applications content [20%].

 

4)     Evidence of coherent and logically constructed arguments [20%].

 

 

5)     Evidence of critical analysis and discussion of relevant issues [20%].
